I am visualizing a dataset of buildings and urban development projects in various stages of construction from SkyscraperCity. SkyscraperCity is an architecture and urban development forum where users from around the world crowdsource and discuss updates on developments in their cities. I’m excited to work with this dataset because although I’m an avid user of SkyscraperCity, I’ve found the amount of information on the site to be overwhelming and have always desired a cleaner interface for learning about these buildings.

My goal is create a beautiful interface to teach users about the construction of these buildings over time. Also, I would like to use machine learning to classify building images as: (night/day), (render/real image), (skyline/individual building), and (under construction/completed).
