The technical problem I had to solve with my piece was deciding how I wanted to compose my song.  Something that was immediately important to me was to convey the meaning through the cards through song in a way that the images themselves do.  I also planned on doing a three card spread, with the first card being past, the middle card being present, and the third card being future.  I was also interested in finding a way to convey this through song.  Ultimately, I decided to experiment with loops for each card, inspired by the piece ROT NERO by Mark Vomit.  I also decided that this would be the project I would carry on to be my final piece, whereupon I will expand my concept both in the generation of the sounds and how the cards impact each other.
